Violet Habitat / Vine Avenue

SiteWorks has been assisting Flatirons Habitat for Humanity and the Vine Avenue Neighborhood Group at this 20 acre subdivision in rural North Boulder, Colorado. 

The first phase of the project included sewer, water, storm, dry utilities and roadway improvements for the new site infrastructure. This work was completed for the Vine Avenue Neighborhood Group.

The second phase included land planning and entitlements for the Annexation Amendment and Site Review for the Flatirons Habitat for Humanity site. This included nineteen (19) affordable housing units for Habitat, and nine (9) market rate custom home sites.

The third phase of the project included eight (8) separate subdivisions of the surrounding parcels. This included twenty-five market rate custom home sites subdivided through a City of Boulder Land Use and Technical Document Review process. 

Work at this site will continue into 2023.
