SiteWorks assisted Boulder Housing Partners and Flatirons Habitat for Humanity at this 3.2 acre affordable housing project, located in Boulder, Colorado.  

The project consists of 44 units spread across six (6) new buildings on an urban infill site. The project consisted of a lengthy public process, including neighborhood meetings with Annexation, Concept Plan Review, Site Review and Technical Document Review Submittals along with numerous public hearings.
