Regional Fire Training Center

This new 18,000 SF metal building is situated adjacent to the Boulder Reservoir, in Boulder, Colorado. The 10-acre site includes an Administration Building, Drill Tower, Burn Building and various training areas. The site offered several challenges with respect to site planning, transportation systems, highway access and utility infrastructure. The City completed a lengthy public entitlement process which included several neighborhood meetings and public hearings during the Concept Plan, Site Review and Technical Document Submittals.
