River Walk

The River Walk at Winter Park project is a new residential development located in Winter Park, Colorado. The site consists of thirty-three (33) custom home sites with direct access to the Frasier River, minutes from downtown Winter Park.

SiteWorks was hired to provide land planning, entitlement support and owner’s representation for the project. The project included a complicated entitlement process with the Town, and numerous local, State and Federal Review Agencies. 

The project is expected to break ground in the Spring of 2023.
