28th Street & Canyon Boulevard

This project consisted of the redevelopment of a former motor lodge on a 3.0-acre site in downtown Boulder, Colorado. The new project included two (2) 5-story hotels, a 4-story office building and an underground parking garage. The buildings are situated at a major cross street in the city. This is a prominent site as you enter into the city, and a major landmark at you turn towards the foothills. 

The project included a lengthy review and approval process through the City of Boulder that included a Concept Plan Review, Site Review and Technical Document Submittals, along with numerous public hearings.
